By accessing, browsing, or placing an inquiry on TheGoldenNumbers ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

• You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal authority in Pakistan to enter into binding agreements.
• You agree to use the Platform strictly for lawful purposes and in full compliance with PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority) regulations.
• Automated scraping, bulk data harvesting, or spamming inquiry forms is strictly prohibited.

Purchasing a VIP mobile number requires official biometric SIM ownership transfer in accordance with national telecommunication laws.

• Buyers must provide a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) for biometric verification at official operator franchise centers.
• You warrant that all information supplied during inquiries or transfer appointments is true, current, and complete.
• Buyers are responsible for ensuring their CNIC does not exceed the maximum allowed SIM limit (5 SIMs per CNIC in Pakistan).

Listing a number on the Platform constitutes an invitation to offer. An inquiry or concierge request does not reserve a number until confirmed by a team consultant.

• Numbers are available on a first-come, first-served basis until an advance deposit or full deal confirmation is finalized.
• Reservations are typically held for up to 24 hours after mutual deal confirmation.
• Custom concierge sourcing requests depend on nationwide operator database availability and turnaround times may vary (typically 24–48 hours).

All prices listed on the Platform are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and reflect market valuation for premium mobile series.

• Prices are subject to revision prior to deal confirmation due to market demand or seller adjustments.
• Payments may be completed via direct bank transfer, verified escrow, or in-person at an official franchise location.
• Official franchise processing fees or SIM replacement fees charged by operators (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone) are specified clearly prior to handover.

We prioritize complete safety and legitimacy. All SIM transfers are executed strictly via official operator channels:

• Both buyer and seller (or authorized representative) must verify biometric thumbprints at an official operator franchise.
• The seller guarantees that the SIM card is free of any outstanding postpaid dues, legal liabilities, or court disputes prior to transfer.
• Once biometric transfer is successfully completed and acknowledged by the franchise system, ownership is officially legally transferred.

TheGoldenNumbers acts as a specialized brokerage and marketplace platform. While we perform rigorous verification of listed numbers, we are not liable for subsequent network operator disruptions, regulatory changes enacted by PTA after successful transfer, or user misuse of transferred numbers.

All website logos, graphics, layout designs, custom software code, and curated database listings are the exclusive property of TheGoldenNumbers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws of Pakistan.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
